Gnachas! I had never heard of it and didn't know exactly what I was going to get. I read the description and it seemed good. What took me aback was that it said there was parmesan cheese and it definitely was NOT. Apparently this is a traditional Guatemalen dish, like a snack. The fact that they have Guatemala food is a plus because it is a handful of Guatemala restaurant in the area. The disadvantage is that the ambience is not great.
