Food quality and taste has gone down precipitously over the years. BBQ Chicken was paper-thin and lacking in flavor; Carne Asada was hopelessly greasy and unevenly distributed. See photo. It can be considered fast-food pizza. Disappointing considering the premium prices. I highly recommend Neo Pizza in the Towne Center. Mod Pizza is also good. read more.

"Was looking forward to this place opening for a long time, and it's pretty much what I expected and hoped. The environment (inside or outside dining options is really nice; trendy but in a more-comfortable way. The service is terrific (props! and the kitchen is happily accommodating to changes or making existing meals vegan-friendly. Think a new routine for me will be stopping in here for a bite to eat before going to Whole Foods around the corner; might save me money on not shopping hungry, haha! This is the type of not-fully-vegan place I feel comfortable supporting."

"I have been having lunch here on Tuesday and Friday for several years. Always enjoyed the food and staff. Recently Phoup open a new restaurant and moved all the staff to that location and have brought in new staff. The quality of service has deteriorated to the point I am not sure I will return in the near future. I noticed today on Friday--and last Tuesday--that lunch hour is not as busy as it was in the past. The Pho and rolls are still great but the service is driving people away. I for one will find a new lunch place. Sad because good Pho is hard to find."
