This was my Husband's and I first time eating at Cooper's! There was lots of free parking options that was close to the restaurant which was nice! I have been to both the locations. I like Rockville better than this location. The service is not good. We had a reservation for outdoor seating and we waited for more than 45 minutes. We could clearly see two tables outside empty while we waited.
