This place is absolutely a hidden gem. I had the spicy soup, the AAC (Sparagus, Avocado and Gurke) role and the New Year's role. I had no idea the parts were so big. "Was looking forward to this place opening for a long time, and it's pretty much what I expected and hoped. The environment (inside or outside dining options is really nice; trendy but in a more-comfortable way. The service is terrific (props! and the kitchen is happily accommodating to changes or making existing meals vegan-friendly. Think a new routine for me will be stopping in here for a bite to eat before going to Whole Foods around the corner; might save me money on not shopping hungry, haha! This is the type of not-fully-vegan place I feel comfortable supporting."

"I have been having lunch here on Tuesday and Friday for several years. Always enjoyed the food and staff. Recently Phoup open a new restaurant and moved all the staff to that location and have brought in new staff. The quality of service has deteriorated to the point I am not sure I will return in the near future. I noticed today on Friday--and last Tuesday--that lunch hour is not as busy as it was in the past. The Pho and rolls are still great but the service is driving people away. I for one will find a new lunch place. Sad because good Pho is hard to find."

"Excellent grilled seafood appetizer large enough for two. Lobster ravioli with an excellent light red sauce with claw meat swimming in the sauce. Had to get extra bread to scoop the sauce. Veal saltimbucco was well prepared. Lemon torts for dessert was good, very tart not too sweet. Not inexpensive but excellent food, good attentive service"

"Pho fresh! Come here soon!. Spare, modern dining room, pleasant service, fuad a generous sized small veggie pho with crunchy bean sprouts, jalapeño , lime and fragrant Thai basil. Had to ask for onions in rice vinegar.all was tasty, refreshing and filling. Had a starter of ground beef wrapped in grape leaves then sautéed. Spicy, warming and satisfying. Free refills on jasmine iced tea topped it off. Delicious. Total price was $14...very reasonable. Can't wait to try the bun noodle and rice dishes ! Wish this place was in downtown Annapolis."
