"Really great food! For us who are Tuscans (from the coast) it was truly an enjoyable dinner. Grilled squid done as Christ commands....simply oil and lemon without any fillings or sauces of any kind....the famous (batti batte for us Tuscans) was sublime. Everything done to perfection as culinary tradition dictates.... the flavor of the fish must be felt, it must not be covered up by other flavours... and here it can be felt. Finally a quality restaurant. What can I say then... the very welcoming service and the varied and refined cellar. I'm just saying that if you come to Folegandros you have to have dinner because anyone who hasn't tried the island hasn't savored it. To the wise......
