"Coffee is really good as the food is but the best thing in this place is atmosphere and people that make it. Place is pet friendly and has a big terrace with the view to the garden and part of the city. Really recommended place!"

"Management replied to my last review debating my honest opinion and personally insulting me. They also told me to add more detail to my review so "it can be taken seriously". So I thought about it and I revisited PAO with my partner and gave them a second chance. Subsequently, I stand by my opinion of this café and write this review with the details they request. Each time we visited we were met without any warmth by kids trying so hard to be uber cool hipster types that seem to think smiling is so mainstream. We ordered pizza again and once again the overpriced meal took far too long to arrive, while the staff were leisurely talking amongst themselves. We understand "artesanal" food, we come from Melbourne, Australia which is world-renowned for its food. At the same time we are world travellers and eat anything from street food to fine dining, we are not picky eaters but we definitely base our judgements on price to quality ratio. PAO does not offer good value for money! The pizza again had a soggy base and minimal topping which leans towards the stringy, rather than artesanal side. When we eventually received our limonadas they tasted the same as last time - sickly sweet and with an odd chemical tinge. Once again we were asked for a tip. This time I actually laughed, I'm sorry but I'm never going to tip for service this poor and food this overpriced and lacking in quality. Management did make one valid point in its response to my previous review; many of my previous reviews are negative. That is because I've felt compelled to warn others of substandard places. I've taken that feedback on board and have begun reviewing more of the better places I visit too. Thank you for your motivation for that, PAO management."

"El lugar es muy bonito, vinimos un grupo de 12 personas, esperamos dos horas (sin bromear) la comida, pedí pulpo y es fácil el peor que he pedido, lo deje totalmente (bueno me comí las papas), nos justificaron el atraso de la comida con que la cocina estaba colapsada! Al final pase toda la noche esperando la comida, cuando llegó no me la pude comer! Y desperdicie mi única noche en esta bella ciudad de Cali! Fatal!"
