They have a few set dish menus. The remaining are add-ons. The food is cooked in front of you, tried the duck as well as the steak. The Duck was better more juicy. You pay as you go for desserts and ice-cream but beside the main dish there is a great selection bar where you can take your celery, potatoes, something like a slad bar but different.
