"The views at this cafe were to die for, it only helped that the bakery items were good too! We came to this little cafe at night, just before dinner. It was dark, but the ambiance was quite cozy (with soft candlelights illuminating the terrace and inside). It was a bit chilly outside, but boy I would sit on their rooftop terrace everyday of the year, rain or shine! While on the rooftop, we were able to see the views from Fuego Volcano and its mini eruptions lighting up the night sky. It was truly a scenic once in a lifetime experience. While soaking up the views, we munched on the tarta de fresa and we had an espresso. While we can honestly say we were there for the views, the food did not disappoint either. This cafe was an experience; one that I would like to have again and again. This was a 11/10 place!"

"Food was nice. We reserved a cozy table to celebrate an important date. Nice we received a call, previous to our visit, to confirm what we were celebrating and was told a table would be ready according to our needs. Guy at the door was clueless and couldn’t care less about our situation, he said pick ANY table. BIG HUGE disappointment there. Absolutely no effort to make it a special occasion. The service from our waiter was very good. Overall, for such an important date, wish we would’ve gone somewhere else because the experience was not what we expected."

"Awful experience, especially the service, or lack thereof. Waitress didn't come to see if we needed another round of drinks the entire hour we were there, despite the fact we were the ONLY ones, and this was 915pm on a Wednesday. She was too busy talking to some guy who also worked there who sat at the bar the whole time. Then she gave us the wrong amount of change in her favor of course until we pointed it out to her. Only saving grace was the pico de gallo which was pretty good. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. SHADY."

"Our favorite restaurant in Antigua. The menu looks simple but the food is perfectly on point. Beautiful plating. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I highly recommend eating there. The place is very small and popular, make a reservation to make sure you get a table and don't miss out on the amazing food!"

"We ate at Frida’s for the first time on a Friday evening. We were seated at a table in the bar looking out onto a vibrant street so we enjoyed the people watching. We started our meal with frozen margaritas which were just right. Each glass was dipped in a nicely spiced salt. Then we enjoyed a wonderfully prepared fresh guacamole with hearty chips! This was followed by our mixed meats entree of fajitas. We chose chicken and beef. It was a great meal, we were well served all at a very good price. We highly recommend going to Frida’s!!"

"The policy of payment of parking for use of the restaurant is fatal, they must improve by placing a unique fee because there are museums also to visit, which reflects with a payment of Q20.00 per hour is not wanting to return or recommend the place, less wanting to consider an event. There are ways in which the customer or guest can recharge more payments without feeling scam."

"The food taste very good. I did not like that they had one waiter. It was hard to ge information from him about how dishes tasted. He told me he had not tasted the food."
