What Fresh Kiwi doesn't like about Hai Woon Dai:
The cold noodles came out with too many noodles, and the dried noodles were 5% meat and 95% fried batter. I was really surprised by the amount of meat. Sweet and sour pork and jjambbong are okay, but why? View all feedback.

This hidden gem is my favorite Korean restaurant in Nashville. Having spent a year on a ship in Korea, I have been on a mission to find authentic dishes like black bean noodles and spicy rice cakes, and this place delivers. The katsu was also delicious and generously portioned, and our server was very kind. Conveniently located next to a Korean market, you can stock up on essentials after your meal.
This restaurant is fantastic! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I ordered several portions of marinated beef and it was amazing. The sides were equally delicious and I have never been so satisfied in my life. The price was well worth it for how tasty everything was. It ended up costing $56.40 for two servings of beef, but with the generous portions, presentation, and excellent service from the waiter, I would have been happy to pay even more. I have decided to make this a regular dining spot and I can't wait to try out more items on the menu!
The Korean food at this restaurant is authentic and delicious. The portions are generous, and there is a wide variety of tasty side dishes available.
I absolutely loved everything I ordered at this restaurant. The food was served hot and freshly made. The Bulgogi I ordered was packed with flavor, and the banchan that accompanied my meal were all incredibly tasty as well. I could eat an entire bowl of their kimchi. My only slight disappointment was that the fried shrimp portion only included 4 pieces, but it didn't bother me too much because everything was so delicious!
