We're from Jalisco. My husband has been on a months long search for good aguachile. We've been disappointed by the local spots near us in Concord. Finally found it here! Also ordered Tostada con Ceviche de Camarón Shrimp Ceviche Tostada. Both were soooo good most of all, fresh! read more.
