I had this week birthday of my wife. first I had to kill a rach under the table. the grilled chicken was completely black, like coal. the boneless chicken was like a hockey puck cooked far over. the calamari appetizer and calamari main dish were practically raw. our groundless icy tees were not even refilled. we were off 256 peso all became sick the next day with skin problems and protect this place on your own risk! read moreCongo Grille in SM Masinag offers a range of dishes, from the award-winning crispy pork sisig to ginataang kuhol and Bulalo. While some diners were disappointed by the minimal serving sizes and overly oily dishes, others were pleasantly surprised by the unique offerings like the Congo rice cooked in squid ink. Despite varying opinions on the food, many customers appreciated the diverse dining options available at SM Masinag and the opportunity to try something different at Congo Grille. However, some also mentioned issues with cleanliness, unappetizing smells, and poor service that detracted from their overall dining experience. Ultimately, Congo Grille seems to be a hit or miss for customers, with some enjoying the food and atmosphere while others left disappointed.
