The food at Waves used to be the best, especially the chips and fish. Unfortunately, over the years, it has been decreasing in quality. I ordered a small portion of chips, which was just pale, soggy wedges of grease. It seemed like there were only two potatoes worth in the portion, and it cost an eye-watering £3.80. The fish and chips were fantastic! We made the decision to dine in and were impressed by the excellent service.
We placed a large takeout order and it was quickly prepared. The food was delicious and still warm when we got home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was comfortable parking available outside.
