The dinner at this restaurant was truly superb. It was my first time visiting a Japanese restaurant, so I can't really compare it to others. I expected the smaller portions, but we were pleasantly surprised by the bouillabaisse. The fish was a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious, as was the tea. The service was outstanding. If you're not able to eat with chopsticks, they will go out of their way to teach you or provide a modified version. I could imagine that even Japanese children are taught the art of using chopsticks.
Restaurant renames. Indeed, sushi are excellent, fresh and unmatched with sushi to take away. but it feels in levs prices). However, the biggest problem of this restaurant is service: fast and efficient, but impersonal or even impoli (especially for women)! the glasses put at the end of the table, we put the table, the dishes brought without explanation and fawn, in short, I will not return to it the quality of the sushi.
I go to this restaurant regularly to enjoy a chirashi lunch. Try rice bowl with raw fish green tea euro. The japanners who visit the house eat the same as, which makes me a certain trust. I can't say much about this lunch outside that it tastes special to me, the rice quasi-altime is perfect, and as far as the fish goes, I can never complain. I went to dinner a few years ago, and I wasn't satisfied with my mate's temporary event. So my quote is pure and only based on lunch. Finally: The japanese chief speaks some French and is a good guy.
Dinner is really excellent. This was the first time I visited a japans restaurant, so I can't really compare it. Jap's mini-proportions were expected, but we have a bouillabaisian candidate there. Not cheap, but delicious fish, tee and call it. Very valuable service. It's risky if you can't eat with sticks. They move heaven and earth to teach you, or possibly pass a modified stick version of art. Certainly not cheap. We were all near the person, but gambling absoluot!
