The main purpose I visited Italy was This place. I really want to go this place because they made and sell gelato machine. I tasted their gelato , awesome taste and very good texture . I was sad cant enter the museum cause we had to make a reservation before. So if you wnna visit the museum you have to book and come on monday friday. View all feedback. We had a walk around the lab/museum/cafe with a very nice woman who told us some things about the history of ice cream and gelato. She also told us the difference between ice cream and gelato. Included was also a history lesson about the various tools used to make gelato, this since Carpigiani is a manufacturer of such tools/machines.
