"The restaurant was presented beyond our wildest dreams of walking into the elegant dining room to each dish with flair from each of the waiting staff. Take it that they were all! The biggest treat was when Anna Maria stepped out of her kitchen to meet my husband.... she caught a perfect visit. We'll be back soon!"

"In Archimboldo, chef quality meets tradition. The result is the best meal we have had in Bologna in a few days of intensive probing. The service was friendly and upbeat, and the price was fair not higher than elsewhere.
