There is a older man (won't use the term gentlemen as he is far from it) that works the betting counter. His name is John and he is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He takes no responsibility if he enters race numbers or the numbers you've picked incorrectly, he doesn't say hello ever. And has never smiled. He is a blight on an otherwise good establishment.
