I had lunch here with a friend yesterday. I want to commend the employees. The lady at the register was so nice and personable. She was very accommodating and so was the young man working. I felt very welcome. So nice in fact, I’m going to go back as a repeat customer. The super star was good and fresh. Great job Carl’s, you’re employees rock! They both deserve a raise! What Steve C doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
2 California burgers 1 spicy chicken, burgers were cold and bread, dry cold, means they were sitting in the warming tray or whatever you use to keep meat warm, not good. Spicy chicken was ok, but could of been better.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was hot and fresh, worth the drive and will be back.
They really liked the new crispy homemade chicken sandwich. It had a nice crispy coating and was simply garnished with pickles and mayonnaise.
