What Victoria likes about Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken:
As a Peruvian I have to try all Peruvian places. The chicken was well seasoned and moist. Alfajores also were surprisingly good. The Iomo was good, but inconsistent certain pieces of meat were super chewy and others perfectly tender. The flavor of the lomo sauce was also more lemony than savory. The green sauce was good.
