I have been eating here since 2003 when I moved to Apex At that time, this was outstandingly good food at very reasonable prices.
Order General Tso's with fried rice to go, while in a rush to get home. Given white rice. Why does this happen ALL THE TIME?!?
So this china chef is a family owned ResturantThere are two others locally, owned by siblings.
