Chipotle Mexican Grill - Apex

A very special cry for the Chipotle in Apex for my delicious lunch this afternoon! I ordered the chicken dish and it was very delicious... fresh rice and beans, well fed chicken and pico de gallo, which tasted as if it were just made. It was more important that everyone there had a pleasant, welcoming disposition and seemed really happy as a customer. (Sadly, this seems to be a rare thing in many restaurants nowadays. Thanks for hitting a positive note on my weekend. Go on!

Good for ever, consistently about Chipotle's everywhere. They need to sharpen their salad cutters, as we had large pieces joined together, including the lower part. No big deal, but harder to eat when in a hurry. Small space with not much seating. Little things. Another good experience.

You have our meal for free tonight - for no real reason!! And the staff seemed really happy to be there. Thanks, Chipotle!

I ordered a Burrito box for the 16th. My daughter's birthday party. Customer service was exceptional-Josh ensured that my order was correct, all employees wrote Happy Birthday messages on the outside of the box and the order was ready when promised! Great food and wonderful customer service! Thank you. Apex Chipotle!

I've messed up my order. ordered two identical garlic steak burrito shells and a chicken shell. only chipotle can screw two identical bowls. brown beans instead of black, missed cheese in a bowl, missed sour cream in both, added salad that we do not order, bad boiled steak, etc. he list goes up. I know there was no problem with the ordering coz the sticker on the shell cover had the order printed as ordered. total lack of attention to detail and careless prep. suspects that this is the only one close to us in apex. it hates when my order is messed up. will probably never be ordered again.
