Kfc - Apex

It's kfc, so they know what they expect. problem is that this place never gets the order right and in the rule counts a small piece frit something than 1 piece if any meal. So they plan one less than they order. food: 3/5

Oh, my dear, our delivered sort buckets of 12 pieces was all dark and 11 pieces. all were tiny. I called and after some back-and-forth, the manager seemed really trying to fix the problem. our compromise went and got a replacement chicken. we stressed that we didn't need a whole bucket, just a few pieces. when we got the house, they were brittle, dry and had a funky taste. photo of size ratio to the small spacious. the whole icer was like that, it was about $25 or more.

I could not find my reception to send a good review to companies, but my man and I have dinner tonight from kfc in apex. it was delicious! the biscuits were soft and the huh was made with love. we're coming back. goodness!

I usually don't go too far, but my wife wanted to go there. we went there 11/4/2022 at 5:30 a.m. to eat something. when we parked and in one of the employees who was already out, told us that lobby is near coz the system is down, but the door was open. So we went to the drive thru to order something, but there was a car in front of us, so we waited 5 minutes there to order while the same staff that told us that lobby is close, was so new sings out while the drive was dur queue always. So finally someone begins to take order and we go to our order to eat ours. when I gave order, I asked the person if they had any spicy sauce, as he was answering was very rude, so I told him to give something mayonnaise and the way he was answering was very dismayed. So we went into the window and paid for eating and waited for eating after a while he gave us the food and didn't even talk to us, felt like he was just throwing the food on me and wanted us to go. so we check the back, there was now a stray in the pocket and also he didn't even put the mayonnaise in there. I thought this was just a little thing that didn't even want to bother and ask for something. but what makes me sad is while we sit on the parking lot and eat our food that he let others in the lobby and they where the order and eating inside. it annoyed me and my wife felt like we had been discriminated, and we end our eating in the car and left the place. I never go back to this place again and I will suggest to them to avoid this place.

If I could give a negative number of stars I swear I would. Absolute worst experience of my entire life here today. Never will I EVER go back to any KFC ever again.Bunch of useless, rude, mannerless staff.
