"Beyond Expectations and extremely amazing ice cream shop that has won many awards you could see the awards pasted all around the shop. The 2016 and 2019 Australian Grand Dairy Awards Champion premium chocolate was smooth and creamy and we can see why they won the accolades.<br/ <br/ We really liked the texture of the ice cream and how they weren’t overly sweet. So There were many groups heading towards great ocean road and when all groups get here, the line gets long...Despite the large crowd and only one staff, the service was great. Got to taste few ice cream before purchase. Ice cream was nice and too much to eat for 3 scoops!<br/ <br/ The ice cream flavors are delicious, smooth, texture wise the best I have had. So we Ordered Chocolate flavour and Coconut plus butterscotch all 10/10.<br/ <br/ They have some flavour called Vegemite which everyone recommends..havnt tried that though!"

"We have been going here for a few years now. The atmosphere is excellent with memorabilia of the history of the local area adorning the walls. including photos of giant Otways Ranges hollow trees which house several horses. You could never go hungry with the broad menu of country fair and their coffee is the best, although my wife loves their lemongrass & ginger tea. They also have a range of bespoke locally made chocolates, art works, clothing and nick-knacks. This place is a hidden treasure - do not tell too many people about the place!"

"Excellent food, ample of veg options. Everything we ordered was delicious, Food came out in reasonable time and the staff was very friendly.Visited oct 2022Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg items. We had soup of the day (spicey pumpkin), lasagne, stir fried vegetables with tofu.Parking: Lots of street parking available."

"Always love heading over the hill into Apollo Bay, the anticipation of eating a scallop pie from the bakery is worth the trip alone! Kids have now discovered the Chicken Caesar Baugette so will be back soon"

"After walking into 3 other cafes and walking out after standing around and being ignored by staff we were hoping Bayleaf cafe would be better. We sat at a table near the counter for some time without any service I went and requested menus. We then proceeded to wait for another 30 min before our order was taken (we were about to give up and go to the bakery). Our food took another 30 min and ended up being average."
