This was an excellent restaurant, and you couldn't beat the convenience we were staying at the hotel! It is so nice to just walk downstairs and have your meal. It was delicious, a good value, and a very romantic environment. read more.

We had a nice big room with good beds. Bathroom is a bit dark as there is not much light in it. Because of room was warm we needed to sleep with the window open which gave a lot of noise from the street. Staff...in restaurant gave very poor service,during dinner and during breakfast. Will go back to Appenzell be not to this hotel anymore. read more.
