"The double chicken tostada salad. Most of the chicken looked and tasted dried up like it has been sitting awhile under a heat lamp or just been sitting too long . Dont know if they pawn all the food been sitting awhile off to Doordash orders but not cool. I didnt even reheat this and worried if I did it would become chicken jerky. Which I didnt order. Shame on El pollo loco I paid almost $30 for my meal with my Chicken Tortilla soup which is my comfort food when sick.But will rethink when I reorder again to get food from.somewhere else."

"There's usually a wait, but always worth it. Went again on Sunday 8/7. It's not on the menu, so you have to ask for it; their Monte Cristo is one of the best I've ever had. They don't deep fry it, so it's a bit healthier and tastes just as good. Keep up the great value, great food efficient service Spirit River! We'll be back!"

"I went by today to pick up some lunch as I had heard how delicious everything is. I was not disappointed. I ordered the poki salad with all salad and no rice and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. Everything is fresh and abundant. I still have enough for another meal and I had already eaten as much as I could. There is a lot of seating and it is immaculately clean. It is so refreshing to see this staff of adorable young polite people working so hard. I will definitely be back."
