a bit expensive for what they get. only average eating. a little loud. parking can be difficult, so ready to go a little.

came here for a late lunch, it now discovered mews espresso, although they still use the name toscanini for eftpos. beautiful cabinet of wraps, pastries, salate...

a student bought a sandwich here and it was great. the server was beautiful and the vibe was quite relaxed. yes, I could come back

I'm a dae downhill, eating is in order, but don't go near the coffee. it's terrible. would normally not write a bad exam, but must be said.

The meeting went well, as did the eggs on toast and coffee. Service was fairly quick, and it was quiet and relaxing sitting outside. Will be back again

"By far the best Pizza i have had in years.Great fresh products in combination with a great pizza base. It was very delicious, with burrata, parma ham, olives and cherry tomatoes, just amazing.My kids loved the margherita, and my son had a burrata pizza which was made to perfection.Great spot to have best pizza I remember so far.Service was top, from the smiling girls serving the tables to the very nice guy who toke our order."

"This is an amazing patisserie, always fresh with lots of flavour! Really disappointed with the new location on Scarborough Beach Road, although a bigger dine in venue, no car parking and such a busy intersection. Lucky for Ramada residents and others that can walk to the cafe."

"Odd service but good Japanese. We came for dinner with friends to find that the restaurant does not take bookings. We queued by sitting in the waiting area and we were followed by another family. Despite the family having clearly arrived after us, they spoke the same language as the staff and received a table before us, much to our frustration. The staff subsequently gave us a waiting ticket, soon after which we were given a table. I hope that this was a once-off-appointment and not a usual occurrence.I ordered the salmon deluxe box, with extra rice. It arrived promptly and was beautifully presented in two long boxes. The elements of the dish were fantastic, with each having had care applied. The serving size was not big for the price, and I required my rice to make it a full meal.Despite the seating dramas, we enjoyed the bustling atmosphere of this restaurant. The free tea was a nice touch, and it is clearly favoured by enthusiasts of the cuisine type. It was expensive for the portions, but the quality of the ingredients and the careful preparation made this an enjoyable meal. Service could be more assertive toward guest management, but food quality was very good."

"Rang well in advance to book a table for 8 on a Monday night and was told they can’t take the booking because it puts to much pressure on the staff to handle a group of this size ? They could take 6 . Really...? I presume if we booked 2 tables of 4 that would be ok . Weird … they are still serving 8 people regardless of where they sit . Funny attitudes from restaurants these days . You would think they would be happy with the custom . Perhaps they are going so well they don’t need our patronage . Oh well … somewhere else … sure they will welcome us ."
