My wife goes here all the time, she loves it, but they take about 4 times on the same visit to get her order right, most of the people that work here are rude, can't count your change correctly, and have an attitude because you have to keep asking them to fix the order. The ones in Lynchburg are usually much better. View all feedback.

"Went to the Spring house this evening for a birthday dinner with 12 people first walked into the place. The carpet was dirty. The chairs were dirty and rickety and the plates and glasses were chipped by the time all said and done ended up being $43 a person we were only offered to Entrées for a table of 12 people Most of the food was called cold had to send plates back to get warmed up in the microwave, and instead of furnishing us with a new plate, they just brought back the same plate with a third of the food on it are a waitress was not very informative at all in explaining the way the charges work so I ended up paying an extra $12 per person to get two more entrées so a total of four entrées I could see paying that price if it was a three or 45 star restaurant, but it is a two at best my suggestion is find another place to eat for 12 people and one child. We ended up paying $617."
