"Right in the middle of nowhere, but still in a charming Oise village, Au Péché Gourmand has hit a home run. First time there but not the last. This is a completely unexpected surprise but a wonderful one. The chef produces a short but amazingly nice menu. I predict this place will soon become VERY popular. Combining all the ingredients for success : 100% home made, exquisite output, excellent wine selection at remarkably affordable prices and lovely atmosphere. We had «l’oeuf parfait” and “la tatin d’endives au chèvre” not usually a big fan of cooked endives but I was intrigued and I finished the all thing because it was just wonderful. Then «les vole-au-vent » and it was again finger licking. Last «la brioche perdue » and «le crémeux au citron” and best I had in a while. Again a lovely surprise. Thank you for a great evening !"

"We went to this restaurant on a Sunday evening and in France they are usually closed. We were originally going to go into Chantilly for a meal but at the last minute changed our minds after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. So glad we did...as it was great. From the outside it doesn't do the restaurant justice but once inside what a lovely surprise. The decor was so beautifully thought out and very French. It looked fabulous. The owner who served us was so friendly and helped us with the menu and the wine. With wine and a 2 course meal about 70 Euros for the two of us which we thought was good value as the food was superb. Lots of other diners were there and as this is in quite a remote village on a Sunday night that speaks for itself!! Bon Appetite."

"Beautiful shrimps and scallops with a super tasty sauce, no problem to replace Balsamicoreis with pommes or pasta! If I hadn't had so much bread in the last few months, her seafood pizza would have been my choice!"
