"We were seated inside amongst 20 other guests, and served by the owner, chef, waitress with great joy and pride. No, she did not speak much english, but this was no problem. The atmosphere and the warmth of the food made us all feel very much at home! In particular the soup greeted us and said enjoy what is to come . The main course for me was chicken with carrots, sticky rice and a lovely salad. My husband had one of his favorites, eggplant lasagna. We were so happy. Our desserts were a deep dark chocolate mousse, contrasting with a frothy strawberry pudding. Perhaps the owner knew that we were coming to the close of a celebratory trip-I have finished a year of cancer treatments-and she sent over some cognac, which we used to toast each of our special doctors and supportive family and friends. It was so kind it brought tears to both of our eyes. Do not hesitate to reserve a table!!"

"This afternoon, I'm happy! Advised by the Tourist Office, we went to the Valseuses to see the eyes closed. It's been a few months since I made the decision to follow a vegetarian diet and like a great gourmet, it's often a disappointment when I'm in front of the card. But surprise, in this bistro in a small village of France the menu changes every day with only and always two choices to the map, including a vegetarian! And here no pesto pasta, cheese croquette or burger with vegetable cakes that we can all make at home but original and delicious recipes! Even with a full restaurant and a terrace provided by several dozen customers, the service is pleasant and fluid, you can eat in 1 hour but you do not feel obliged if you want to train. Thanks to the OdT and thanks to the team of this restaurant for this wonderful lunch. And good appetite for everyone, go! (French cuisine with strong Asian inspirations, with seasonal products, local producers of the region)"
