We were ouit of season and initially, even at 2030, the only people in there. There were only the chef and a waiter present as far as we could make out, and we nearly didn't go in, but the menu looked exciting and thank goodness we did. We went a la carte and I had 3 local dishes, foie, veau and creme caramel. All large, well prepared and simply presented. Most importantly all delicious. Madame had an avocado and tom... What Wassvadim doesn't like about Tour De L'ho:
We have chosen 3-vource set. Waiting time was terrible. Especially for the main course. And finally the main courses were cold. After two hours we had to cancel our deserts and go. View all feedback.
David prepared the best dinner we had during our entire two weeks in France. The salmon was cooked to perfection, as was the asparagus. The white chocolate mousse was a work of art that melted in our mouths. David was a gracious and entertaining host, and a master chef. The room is warm and intimate. We had such a great experience that we returned the following evening.
We just got back from the restaraunt. We have had some amazing meals and some okay meals during our 3 weeks in France. This one was one of the most boring over priced meals we've had. We didn't even really like the overpriced wine. The waiter was nice, but that's about it. Everything was cooked reasonably well, but it lacked anything interesting. We won't be back.

We went a la carte and I had 3 local dishes, foie, veau and creme caramel. All large, well prepared and simply presented. Most importantly all delicious. Madame had an avocado and tomato salad specially created for her, then duck breast and another creme caramel. All also fantastic. All washed down with a lovely local red wine Chateau St Pons from Villars. In sum we went in with low expectations and came out hugely impressed especially at the price. Also at the very accommodating service.
We ended up in this restaurant by accident-it was late and we sat at a table right. On the menu there were only three major dish- one stack, no French fantasy, fish portion was so small that it would not clear where the fish are. The wine we were served when we ended to eat- is-it in French! Sad, though chef and waitress were nice people
Searching for a place to dine in Apt, we noticed a tower... with a restaurant inside. From the start, we liked the atmosphere. The food was temptingly served and delicious, though a bit more expensive than our usual budget admitted. Being there by car, we had only a glass of nice rosé. At dessert, the waiter (or owner? pleased his guests with several guitar pieces : If ever again in Apt, will pay another visit to La Tour.
