My wife and I enjoyed an exquisite dinner in restaurant Picasso. The location in the very center of Arad is elegant and luxurious, warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. We recommend spaghetti con frutti di mare and the polpo . We got the chance to meet chef Salvo Lo Castro who is a special person after he spoiled us with a *veramente speciale dinner. Maybe it was a top restaurant, but now it's no longer a good choice. The menu is very poor and the prices very high. I ordered a vitello tonnato, the sosse was not fresh...I wanted foccacia by side, but they didn't have foccacia...in an Italian restaurant...and it cost over 10€. As a main dish, I ordered spaghetti with beef ragu. Instead of spaghetti, the waiter brought me tagliatelle because they have no longer spag... View all feedback.
