have dinner with a friend. the personal ignored us first. Try to communicate in English with waitress who has hardly spoken English at all. when I asked if it would be possible to add a supplement that she had on the menu to the meal I had ordered just a cold got no probably due to lack of English. the pasta was simply bad and was barely eatable. when we just pay for the meal, forget the waiter to change again. beaut...
