After doing some wine tasting in Arbois, we stumbled upon this great little family owned restaurant. We sat outside and enjoyed the scenery. The food was delicious. The menu is quite simple and there is a buffet for salads, but the good was tremendous. read more.

What Kelly Fox doesn't like about Bistrot des Claquets:
This little joint was one of the most happening spots in town. It is quite local and only serves one plat du jour, which was pretty mediocre. The service was good and the chocolate mousse was deeeeelicous. The wine however (we tried the local white and red) was honestly the WORST we have ever had, and given that we are in the middle of the Jura wine district in France was a real disappointment. read more.
