"Beautiful restaurant based at the bottom of the pretty town of Arbois, located next to the river (the cook). Parking large enough but can quickly be saturated the days of influence. The restaurant is often full I advise you to book for a seat. A very pleasant, convenient and attentive staff. Eating here is being assured to travel to the country of yellow wine and louis pastor. A magnificent setting, wooden furniture of the most beautiful effect and some rooms are old vaulted cellars it is a pleasure to eat the bottom. The terrace opened in summer is also very large and beautiful. I recommend this place closed eyes do not hesitate and come and eat a delicious fondue or dishes of the region with quality products. Enjoy."

"Firstly, I don't know if this restaurant has moved since trip advisor listed it but the correct address is 62 Place Faramand not 2 rue Faramand. There is a difference. I know as we went to this restaurant twice because we liked it so much....They offer a la carte items and a daily set menu. The first night we ordered one menu and a la carte items. Because the food was so exceptional, we ate there again on our second night in Arbois and again one of us picked the menu and the other ordered a la carte. Everything from amuse bouche to digestiv was wonderful. Lots of interesting flavors and layers of little touches that make a meal very special. Excellent BOTH TIMES!!!"

"This restaurant has good atmosphere, good service, and fabulous food. I had read that the coq au vin jaune with morels was good, and it did not disappoint! It was a huge portion, so we probably didn't need to order a 2nd dish. However, as odd as it sounds, the salmon cooked in a curry sauce was exquisite. We did not leave hungry!Just bear in mind that French chickens are not stuffed full of water and forced to stand still in tiny cages, so it doesn't taste like the tender, plumped up, slightly bland meat we're used in the US. They turned several people away who did not have reservations, so be sure to call and make one before showing up on a weekend night."
