Just steps from our hotel, we tested, this restaurant hidden in the streets of Arcachon. Little wonder of discovery. I chose the fish (a dorade), and my companion chose the magret. Both dishes were excellent. Finally, we took the platter of Corsican cheese. The boss explained to us all the cheeses, how to eat them, in what order. Anyway, a very attractive host. I put 5 stars in February this time 3 because the fish rillettes were a little too liquid. The rolled of fish made it overcoat. it was more wise to place the fish on the leaflet because the cooking times are different, and a purée of carrots.
