Tim Hortons - Arcade

First review I've ever left on anything. This Tim Hortons stinks. They told my wife to get a covid test because they said she couldn't taste the chocolate in her coffee. I tried it too, no chocolate even though they said they put double in. Very rude and sassy, worst customer service ever. At this location the customer is simply never right. Go elsewhere. The McDonald's right down the street is excellent.

If I owned this location I'd walk in a fire everyone that works there everytime u go there it's additudes and rudeness to the heavy set old woman making food just go get a new job if ur that unhappy there and the people at the register .. what a joke young dark hair girl with red in it ur shouldn't work with people..this place is a joke

Both of my breakfast sandwiches were cold the kid working told me there were no more eggs or sausage made and proceeded to MICROWAVE my food.

Hi, this isn’t a good review but isn’t bad. I went inside to get food they took my order got ny drinks but was waiting for my food at our you can see them making it. There was one lady making food and her name was Robyn. At least that’s what I remember her name being. She was the only one doing anything there was 5 people standing around her staring at her waiting for her to do everything. She asked if someone could make the farmers wraps so the lady got a wrap cheese and sausage on them then left them for her to finish. Wellets just say the people waiting for them left. They drove out of the drive thru without food because the wait was so bad. I appreciate everything Robyn was doing well everyone else stood there staring. I would have gave her a tip if I had cash on me. This shows that team work is very important and if only one person is working nothing can get done. My food was delicious thanks to Robyn( hopefully saying her name right :
