We had THE BEST customer service tonight at Beef O Brady's in Arcadia. They were short staffed and the bartender was our waitress. We felt like we were at a comedy club. Every time she came to our table, she connected with us with amazing comedic talent. She might have missed her calling as a comedian. Worst meal I have had in a very very long time. If I could have given a negative answer I would have. Thank you for acknowledging my review. The manager on duty took my meal off our bill. Which was appreciated, but the fact was the meal was cold, the meat had been cooked and recooked. . I specifically asked for my brocolli to be cooked very well, it came out hard and cold. Service is usually not the best. You wait an extended amount of time for your food. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement too.
