My family often eats here... this time happened to be my mother’s birthday. Have to say that their Peking Duck is some of the best I’ve ever had, only bested by a now-defunct restaurant that had been around since the 70s in Pasadena. The food is generally very good. What Francisca Daugherty doesn't like about Capital Seafood:
1) my brother in law was in rest room saw a waiter did not wash his hand after restroom business 2) the duck dish seemed a lot smaller, half, than other competitors 3) lobster dish seemed smaller than competitors and noodle we asked the waiter to scoop into my guests bowl, each bowl was less than 1/2 full 4) there were sand in the vegetables dishes, maybe the vegetables didn't get wash I paid over $500 for 7 people that night and was very disappointed and sad.
