These days there are so many restaurant options you could literally close your eyes and bump into one. Craft by Smoke and Fire is a little hidden gem. It’s strategically located next to the Cheesecake Factory, and many new Craft customers, who (like me) don’t think Cheesecake Factory is worth a 30 minute wait, wander into Craft. We didn’t have a great experience. There was not enough staff so we waited over a hour for our food and were not helped the first 20 minutes we were there. When we received our food, we got no refills of water and left after we paid the bill. The music in the restrooms was at full volume. I wouldn’t go here again. View all feedback.
