There were literally flies everywhere. In the sauce station and on our veggies (probably everywhere else in between). I should have known, because we also had to ask our server to clean out table a second time because there were crumbs and residue still on the table from the last party who had sat down. My favorite hot pot place! The service is amazing from the host to their servers. The only place I'll wait 1.5 hours for. My go to broth is their pork bone. It's so rich and flavorful! Their sauce bar offers many sauces that you can play around with too! The meat selection is very fresh alongside with their seafood choices. This place is easy one of my top 3 View all feedback.
