All I'm going to say is this place is authentic. You'll know when you arrive. Even the menu had cultural etiquette list might be useful to know for some who are new to sushi or to Japanese cuisine. Anyway, food was great. Their Edomae dinner set came with a different miso soup than regular ones, the variety of sushi on the plate was atypical. Sushi Kisen continues to punch well above its weight and it is 1/3 the price for the same quality as some of the now outrageously expensive sushi places in LA.F...
