JIGGLY! CHEESECAKE! What more could you ask for? Uncle Tetsu?s is SO good and I always order at least 10 cakes to bring back as gifts for my family. Its texture is similar to that of a souffle, but with a firm enough hold that it won?t fall apart on youwhen cutting through. First time trying Japanese cheesecake, its like if an angle cake, east coast cheesecake, and a pancake had a baby. Fluffy, airy, and sweet.
