How is it that a franchise underpays their workers? It's better than McDonald's, but the service is horrible for the same stuff you can get at Ray's Deli next door or one of the numerous great food places in Humboldt, like Tina's Diner. And the service is horrible because the workers aren't paid enough money to survive in Expensive, HCOL Humboldt county! I'm surprised they aren't striking for better wages! View all feedback.
