The new staff is really friendly and well trained. They have a great cocktail menu and really good food. The steaks are from the same supplier as AA steakhouse. Best steaks in Humboldt. Courtney, Chris, Jason, and Kyle were all awesome. Our new watering hole. View all feedback.
What Steve Stanton doesn't like about Jambalaya:
This place has the worst service in Humboldt. 20 -30 minutes for a drink. Plus the Manger tie is the worst busssinessman in Humboldt. Let's all band together to get this guy out of Arcata. He doesn't understand the way Humboldt works and just jumps people 5-1.. even hit my gf on video. Can't wait to see this place find better management or close down.
