I was staying at a hotel nearby and decided to check out this restaurant without high expectations. It wasn't very crowded, but after reading the reviews online - mostly 4 stars - I couldn't resist trying it out for myself. If I lived closer, this would definitely become my go-to spot. The food was good, a grade above normal bar food. But if you order a single patty on the smashed burger make it a double otherwise the bun /meat ratio is bad. All I could taste was bun ,lettuce and way too much mustard. My husband had the pollock special. He said the coleslaw was fantastic but the fish was just average. If you're headed north or south off of Hwy 57 might as well stop and have a cold one. Friendly folks, clean bathrooms, and PBR. Comfortable dining area and plenty of bar space with friendly owners and bartender.
Our favorite place to hang out with friends. They also have a great room for private parties too!
