What User doesn't like about Chez Papa:
My wife and I had a (confirmed) dinner reservation for Dec 31 at 8pm. When we arrived the restaurant was shut! Completely ruined our New Year celebration. They had my email and cell phone contact info and did not even bother to message me. I've...tried to contact them but they will not return my email messages. Great customer service......not!!
