Has there been a change in the kitchen? The Bercy is my go-to place for escargots. The dish is still good but something seems to be missing from the spectacular sauce as previously prepared. Also, the veal and mushroom rigatoni, which is also a favorite, was so salty to be inedible. I never send anything back but did on this occasion. The wait staff was unfailingly accommodating.
