we had a nice experience in hickorys. we were greeted with cordial greetings and our waitress rebekah was amazing, a very sweet and happy waitress. eating was great and cocktails were for dying! definitely be back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hickorys Smokehouse Grill:
Using untrained new staff and tried to use that an excuse when the wrong meal was brought out. Replacement meal was cold and not probably cooked. Staff we spoke too were rude and basically said what more do you want us to do Get it...right might be a good start. First time in for a long time, never be back.....Watched the young girl get other clients meal wrong as well. Manage tried to say its because they get so man... View all feedback.
Was in an evening meal with my friends and it was nice, the staff are lovely aswell, would recommend
