Five stars for the friendliness and wonderful welcome they reserve for every customer who approaches. SINCERE welcome that only a Romagna heart can give. What about the piadina.... The flour and the other ingredients with which the piadina is prepared are good. The combinations of possible fillings are almost infinite. Courteous and punctual, but the watercress were not to my taste. Dough too thick and also a little raw, as it separated and the internal part could be re-kneaded.. even a little more generosity with the sausage would not have gone amiss..
