"Here at Egon there is good food, good service and a great atmosphere. But where the pizza buffet is, it is very cramped. With people passing by, someone picking up more pizza, while customers are queuing to pay at the till or waiting for service. Otherwise, everything else is tip top Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Was a guest for lunch in mid July to celebrate a birthday with my parents. Tables were reserved and everything went well until we were told that ordering from the menu had to be done online (strange, as we saw others who got menus the old fashioned way). The older people around the table therefore had to have the help of us younger ones to order. Ordering via Gastroplanner went smoothly, but one of the dishes was not received by the system/kitchen even though our receipt showed everything correctly. No waiter caught the problem until after a long wait (I think the waiter could have noticed that one was sitting without food) and the person had to eat alone after the rest of us had finished. Also had to ask for bottled water online, but half the order never showed up. Hopeless system, next time we will visit another restaurant, unfortunately."
