ate a delicious and fresh hummus/avocado sandwich, beautiful fresh juice and a large plate vegan pancake (4 pieces) served with fruit. some details make the place miss the fourth star: the sandwich bread could have been a little roasted, as it was a bit cold (from the refrigerator a guess) and it was easier to handle and give it a bit crisp. the pancakes were quite dry and could have served bark meat with more fruits...
